Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court.

On November 21, 2020, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven a c elementary school located in Jinju-si B, “E” front of the “E” road located in D at the same time, with approximately 3.5km of alcohol level 0.095% alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol level 0.095%.
