A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in the D SP area.

On March 7, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at around 22:00, and parked the said car at the edge of the two-lanes of F cafeteria in front of the F cafeteria in Ansan, but changed the way to one-lane, leading to a three-lane distance from the family park to the entrance of a large movable.
