When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a bicycle driver B 125cc motor device.

No driver of any motor vehicle other than motor vehicles (limited to emergency motor vehicles for two-wheeled motor vehicles) or pedestrian shall drive on any motor vehicle.

On August 13, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant passed the section as a motor bicycle along the said section with approximately 16 km motor-only road from the area near Sungsan-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the front road for the locking room in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
