A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and eight months, respectively, for a crime set forth in the holding.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Act on the Regulation, Punishment, etc. of Criminal Proceeds at the Daegu District Court on November 28, 2013, and on December 6, 2013, the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2013, and is a non-identical relationship of D.

D, the executive president of the 22 illegal multi-level receiving company, such as L, Vice-Chairperson M, N,O, P, Q, the head of the R Planning Office, S, the executive director, and each center, in collusion with the head of the Daegu, Incheon, and Busan, to October 31, 2008, operated the above similar receiving company in the area of approximately 24,59 victims habitually, while operating the said similar receiving company in approximately 24,59 financial stages from around 200,000 won to around 31, 2008, and was arrested in China on November 2, 2008.

A. On June 20, 2007, the Defendant concealed money of KRW 270,00,000 from the criminal proceeds from the deposit in the national bank account, by opening a bank account in the name of the Defendant at the request of D at a non-permanent place of not more than Changwon-si on June 20, 2007 and delivered to D. The Defendant kept KRW 270,000,000 from the criminal proceeds acquired from the multi-level receipt of deposits in the above account from around that time to January 23, 208, and kept KRW 270,00,000,000 after being aware of the fact that the above money was acquired through the illegal multi-level receipt of deposits, etc. from around November 4, 2008, and lawfully opened a certificate of KRW 3,00,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000 or more of the instruments issued and delivered in the name of the Defendant.
