Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No advertisement, etc. shall be displayed or installed in an area, place, or object prescribed by Presidential Decree in order to preserve scenic landscapes and public morals of 2015, prevent harm to the general public, and create a healthy and pleasant living environment.

Nevertheless, from July 25, 2014 to August 25, 2014, the Defendant posted 500 banners, without permission, stating “B” in the Olympic Games in Songpa-gu Seoul, Yang Jae-gu as well as the contents of “B” on electric poles, street trees, etc.

From August 21, 2014 to September 26, 2014, the Defendant posted 120 banners without permission stating “C”, etc. in the middle, middle, middle, middle, and mountain dong-dong located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
