Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On June 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on the part of the Mayor of the Gwangju District Court on April 27, 2017, and the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on April 27, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 5, 2017, and the sentence of the said suspension of execution was terminated on February 25, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A. On August 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered a cargo vehicle parked at the street in front of the residence of the victim D, the Defendant committed the crime of August 13, 2018, around 01:45, at around 01:45, in front of the residence of the victim D, and (b) opened the front door of the foregoing vehicle that was not set aside for the purpose of theft of money and valuables stored in the said vehicle, and went into the front door, and stolen the vehicle with a cash of 50,000 won owned by the victim.

B. On August 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:30 on August 22, 2018, discovered a H truck parked at the front of the entrance of the victim GF located in Gangnam-gun, Namjin-gun, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of the foregoing vehicle and opened a door for the purpose of theft of money and valuables stored in the said vehicle; and (b) stolen the vehicle with 500,000 Aphones and 80 one flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun flick-gun

2. On August 23, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim’s last day of the residence of the victim J located in Gangnam-gun I with no main intent to steal money and valuables; and (b) discovered one LGpophonephone, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 600,000, in the victim’s market price leading to the living room of the victim’s house; and (c) stolen the money and valuables.
