1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 27, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. Claim for payment of KRW 40,00,000, which was the remainder of KRW 30,000,000, which was partially received from the costs of construction of the D farm facilities located in C at the Defendant’s request, around 2017, when the Plaintiff was constructed at the Defendant’s request, and damages for delay following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.

2. The portion claimed in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of 12% per annum with respect to the principal from among damages for delay of partial rejection of claims (in accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition,

3. Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable Act.
