Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2013, at around 19:59, the Defendant driven a B gallon vehicle with approximately KRW 200-meter section from the front side of the road in front of the Northern Elementary School in the North Chang-gun, Seoul, to the front side of the Daegu in the same village, while under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.274%.
