C. Settlement agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant

1. Method of remaining payment;

(a)The payment of any balance shall be made as specified in the contract, provided that the above building may be made in advance as a deposit for the lease contract;

B. When the defendant moves into two main households and 402, the defendant will pay the remaining construction cost in advance to the plaintiff.

(Advance payment shall be made after deducting any balance)

2. It is agreed that the remaining amount of construction works out of the original contract amount of KRW 1,200,000 shall be paid in preference to the date specified in the contract after approval for use of the building and completion of registration as agreed by the defendant;
