Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall acquire any property or property benefits using any vending machine, public telephone or other pay automatic equipment, without paying the price, by an unlawful means.

Nevertheless, around July 26, 2016, the Defendant driving a car with B B, and passing through a two-round 556 B B, YY-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Korea Highway Corporation, which was managed by the Korea Highway Corporation, for a total of 781,740 won in total, by an unlawful method, knowing that there was no balance in charge of the Habs Electronic Card installed on the above vehicle, and obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to 2,100 won in the traffic fee in the way of passing it as it is, and then thereafter, from around that time to November 19, 2019, the Defendant obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to 724 won in total, by passing through a two-four-four-four-four lane, an automatic equipment for pay fees, as indicated in the attached crime list, as it passes through the two-four-four-four lane as it is.
