The summary of the grounds for appeal is consistent with opening and entering the victim's house door, but it is not written that it was connected to the second floor of the victim (misunderstanding of facts). 2. The court below, based on the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court below, stated to the effect that the defendant was under investigation by the police, and that he was under investigation by the police. In other words, the court below acknowledged all the facts charged of this case, and the victim stated that he was under investigation by the stairs, the fact that the defendant infringed upon the victim's house can be sufficiently recognized as stated in the facts charged.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit.
