1. Details of disposition;

A. The Plaintiff A University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation (hereinafter “Plaintiff Cooperation Agency”) ordered the Defendant in 2004 “Malina21 Project” (hereinafter “instant project”) and the Plaintiff B is the research group leader who performed the instant project as a professor of the District Environment Science Department of A University.

The defendant had the Korea Institute of Marine Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Institute") act as an agent for the planning, evaluation, etc. of the project of this case.

B. The instant project is a final objective for developing at least eight creative new medicine candidates and new technologies for the development of treatment systems for the present three representative diseases (e.g., external diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, and infectious diseases), and the objectives at each stage are as follows:
