Reasons

Therefore, since the instant lease contract was lawfully terminated on February 24, 2017 by the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case and the lease term expires at that time, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the leased building and return unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent by the delivery date of the leased building after the completion of the lease and the delayed rent and the lease.
