A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 25, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle at around 07:20, the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., an escape vehicle), the violation of the Road Traffic Act (ii) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (iii) led to a two-lane of five-lanes in front of the “Del” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by driving a two-lane under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.174% at around 07:20 on October 25, 2015.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to take part in E (52) car, and left the Defendant’s vehicle as the front part of E (52) car, and went away without taking necessary measures, such as making a stop immediately to rescue the victim by stopping the vehicle, without taking necessary measures, such as making it possible for the victim’s G (50 years old) who was in company with the victim E (50 years old) to be in company with approximately two-day medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, who owned the said car and operated the said car on the road without purchasing mandatory insurance at the time.
