1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,000,000 and its relation thereto to the Plaintiff are 5% per annum from September 3, 2019 to January 13, 2021.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are as between August 2017 and July 2019, which were hedging while teaching the students from around August 2017.

E. The Defendant was indicted on each of the instant intimidation, intrusion upon residence, and destruction of the said vehicle, and supported the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court.
