The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 00:06 on May 22, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victims D (Nam, 22 years old) who are public interest service personnel in the subway 6 line I Center in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu before the subway 6 line I Center in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, following the fact that subway toilets are too located, and that subway toilets are pushed in body.
