A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle B in the section of the road in the section of the road located in the 316-12 in the Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 4, 2017 without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) from that time, until May 12, 2017:52, the Defendant driven the said motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license more than 92 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes attached hereto.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car as set forth in paragraph 1 of this Article.

On May 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 18:00 and proceeded with the road of the D in front of the D in C at the Won-si.

Since there is a place where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving service is obliged to thoroughly operate the front line and safely operate the tea.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and driven a motor vehicle while driving the motor vehicle at the center of the center and by negligence along the road side of the other side of the road in the opposite opposite lane, received the right shoulder part of the victim E(73 ) from the left side of the motor vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as a shoulder and spambling of arms, which require treatment for up to seven days by occupational negligence as above, to the victim.
