Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a fwing cargo vehicle B.

At around 00:20 on November 24, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.180% of blood alcohol concentration, was unable to walk properly, and the face is red, making it difficult to drive the above cargo while driving it normally, and the Defendant driven the above cargo in the situation of difficulty in driving, such as being 0.180% of blood alcohol concentration, and proceeded with the same two-lanes in front of the two-lane police station at the meeting of both States.

Since this is a hond road, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly operate the brakes and steering gear in a proper manner.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and was negligent in driving, and the Defendant was driven by the victim C (year 46) who was driving in the same direction at the right side of the above cargo vehicle, shocked with the front side of the above cargo vehicle, followed by the re-signaling signal apparatus and proceeded to the left at the same direction.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, the injury to the victim C, such as catum catum in need of treatment for about two weeks, and the injury to the catum catum catum in need of treatment for about two weeks to the victim E (the 70-year old-age-old) who was on board the said car, and the injury to the victim F (the 72-year-old-old-old-old-old-in catum catumums, etc.
