1. As to KRW 31,800,000 and KRW 30,000 among the Plaintiff, Defendant A shall be from November 1, 2014 to May 20, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Around October 2013, Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) drafted, on behalf of the Plaintiff, a lease agreement on behalf of the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the effect that the Plaintiff will lease the building located in T from Defendant A for the rent of KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.5 million, and the lease period from October 30, 2013 to September 30, 2015 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

B. On October 17, 2013, the Plaintiff paid the lease deposit of KRW 30 million to Defendant A, and around that time, the Plaintiff received part of the first floor of the instant building (hereinafter “instant lease”) and used it for profit.

C. The Plaintiff and Defendant A agreed to terminate the instant lease agreement on October 31, 2014, and the Plaintiff delivered the instant leased portion to Defendant A on the same day.

On November 14, 2014, Defendant A sent to the Plaintiff a written request that the repayment period of the lease deposit be extended until March 31, 2015.

2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. On the other hand, the Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement with Defendant A via Defendant B, a representative, with the amount of KRW 30 million, and the said lease agreement was terminated by agreement between the parties, and thus, Defendant A seeking the payment of KRW 30 million as a deposit for lease under the instant lease agreement. (ii) If Defendant A’s conjunctive assertion that the deposit for lease was KRW 20 million, the Defendants jointly entered into the instant lease agreement with the amount of KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
