1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased E (hereinafter “the deceased”) is a deceased person who received medical treatment at the F Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”). The Plaintiffs are the deceased’s heir, and the Plaintiff B, and C are the deceased’s children.

B. At around 14:00 on April 11, 2017, the Deceased complained of symptoms, such as 14:40 around 14:40, while he/she was working in a swimming pool located in the Busan Shipping Daegu G G, the Deceased complained of symptoms, such as two copies, parasium, and scarto, and stoke, and around 15:10, he/she boarded on the 119 first-aid vehicle and transferred it to the emergency room of the Defendant hospital.

After 16:30, the consciousness of the Deceased was reduced, the medical personnel at the Defendant hospital confirmed the deceased’s condition, taken brain CT to verify the prop-free transfusion, and confirmed the cause of a prop-free surgery due to the dynamic shock of the electric transport connection, and prepared the surgery with the Plaintiff’s written consent from the Plaintiff, etc. around 17:35, by photographing brain CT using the steering agents at around 17:20.

E. At around 17:46, the Deceased discontinued and reduced the level of pulmonary resuscitation. Accordingly, the medical personnel of the Defendant hospital taken brain CT again at around 17:53, and the medical personnel of the Defendant hospital carried out the surgery outside the brain room at around 18:07.

F. On May 1, 2017, the Deceased died of the heart suspension, a direct death on May 1, 2017, 1:40, as well as the brain side of the previous death, the brain side of the deceased, the prop-proponing blood, and the chrochip fever.
