A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a D fishery employee located in the Si of Gunsan, the Victim E (47) is the head of the FF fishing Village fraternity in Busan-gun, and the Victim G (50) is the victim E, and the Defendant, a D fishery employee, was the victim E, and the Defendant was the victim E in order to comply with the above problem when the FF fishing Village fraternity H was revoked the FF fishing Village fraternity license.

From around 11:00 on September 25, 2017 to around 11:53, the injured Defendant inflicted injury on the victim G, who was in contact with E, on the ground that the victim G, who was in contact with E, expressed a desire to harm the Defendant, at the F fishing village fraternity office located in Buan-gun I, for the destruction of the balone culture contract, from around 11:0 to around 11:53, on the ground that the victim G, who was in contact with E, was able to talk to the Defendant, by drinking the victim’s face that he was sittingd between E, and caused the victim’s injury, such as a balke and sathothing that requires approximately four weeks of treatment.

Around September 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported at the front of the office of the said FF fishing village fraternity on September 11:55, 2017, and reported at 112, and (b) led the victim E, who was living around the said office, to see a shoulder gate, which is a dangerous object on the floor of the victim E, and to see the victim E, as his hand, “to throw away” while following the victim E; and (c) sound that “to die” by taking the shoulder gate, which is a dangerous object to see the victim G outside the said office, by taking the knick gate, and following the victim G.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.
