A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Four injections (No. 4) that have been seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:15 on May 12, 2017, the Defendant received delivery of merpt 0.1g from E on the street in front of the D cafeteria located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, from E, and received it.

2. Medication of Metropha;

A. On May 13, 2017, the Defendant parked G-wing and freight cars at the parking lot right side of the elderly in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and then put 0.03g of the crypian 0.03g in the driver’s seat at the place of the vehicle and injected water into the blood line, and macked into the blood line.

B. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed in a single-use injection machine with 0.03g of crypists, which was parked in the above parking lot and received from the driver’s seat at around the A.M. around the A.M. on May 14, 2017; (b) injected the water into the blood pipe; and (c) injected the tim with the mar.

3. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant possessed 0.04 g of Mept Mept Mept Mepher, in a way that he/she keeps 0.04 g of Mephers in a transparent vinyl package 0.04 g, that is given and received, as in paragraph 1, from a G-wing shop that was parked adjacent to the above senior citizens’ parking space at around the morning.
