Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, even if he/she borrowed money from another person, he/she does not have an intention or ability to repay it, the Defendant shall pay a fine by the last day of this month, and he/she shall return it by the last day of this month, if he/she borrowed money from another person, and he/she shall receive from the victim the amount of KRW 1 million at the mutual and American coffee shop located in the Chungcheong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
