A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant purchased and operated a larceny on May 2014 from a person in a false name.

B When the front number plate of the freight vehicle Ⅱ is kept in custody on the grounds of delinquency, such as a fine for negligence, it was paid that the number plate of the other vehicle was removed, and it was sentenced to driving with the foregoing freight vehicle Ⅱ.

On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed the front number plate of the D Poter Cargo Vehicles owned by the Victim C, which was parked at the lower court near the Songcheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 695, Songcheon-gu; (b) removed the front number plate of the D Poter Cargo Vehicles.

2. On May 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Illegal Use of the Air and the Automobile Management Act, without authority, attached to the cargo vehicle in front of the Poter II as described in paragraph (1) with a view to exercising the registration number plate of the Poter vehicle which was stolen, such as the statement in paragraph (1), in the vicinity of the 695 Songcheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Songcheon-gu, Hacheon-gu, Songcheon-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant used a car registration number plate unlawfully and simultaneously used a public sign for the purpose of exercising it.

3. From May 2, 2015 to February 2, 2016, the Defendant operated the Poter II, which attached D number plates removed from the Poter Cargo Vehicles owned C, in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, such as the road near Bupyeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

4. On May 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) in the vicinity of the automobile trading complex located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu; (b) even though a purchaser of a registered automobile applies for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle to the competent authority within 15 days from the purchase date, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of the said motor vehicle without justifiable grounds even if he purchased the B-B cargo vehicle owned by the KEL CF from
