A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2013, at around 01:05, the Defendant: (a) opened a kitchen, where the Plaintiff was in the house of the Victim C in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu B Studio 201; (b) opened a kitchen in which the Plaintiff was not locked with the gas pipe after the studio and intruded into the living room; and (c) went out 47,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, located in the wall of the stude.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
