Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred to the Korean War Veterans Association on September 24, 2012; (b) was discharged from military service on June 23, 2014; and (c) was committed suicide on April 22, 2014 while transferred to the Korean War Veterans Association on March 15, 2013.

1. 피고인은 2013. 6. 초순경 위 포병대대에서 동료 병사들이 있는 가운데 피해자의 관물대 정리가 제대로 되어 있지 않았다는 이유로 피해자에게 “왜 이렇게 관물대가 더럽냐, 물건 다 쓰러지지 않았냐, 이 병신쌔끼야, 씨발놈아”라는 등의 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2.
