Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resides in Gyeongbuk-gun C, a victim D (V, 60 years of age) is a person who resides in E, and a neighbor is a neighbor.

1. No person who has violated the Protection of Animals and Damage to special property shall commit any act causing death or injury by cruel methods, such as hanging trees on animals;

Nevertheless, on April 2017, the Defendant died of five times the body of the Defendant, which is a dangerous object (90cm in total length, 190cm in length) on the ground that the market value of the victim owned by the Defendant was slickly obstructed at the end of the residence of the victim in the middle of 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and damaged the victim's property, and at the same time, committed an act of causing death and injury to the animal by cruel methods.

2. No person who violates the Animal Protection Act shall inflict an injury on an animal by using a physical or chemical method, such as instrument, drug, etc., or engage in any other abuse of an animal;

Nevertheless, on April 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut the opening line using a dog (90cc in total length and 19cc in length on the day) on the ground that the dog raised by the victim in the upper end of the dwelling space of the damaged person was slicked from a slick; (b) cut off the opening line on three occasions with the face face of the said dog; and (c) sustained injury to the said dog.

Accordingly, the Defendant inflicted an injury on animals by using physical methods, such as tools, etc., and abused them.

3. On April 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sought a door against the victim’s will; (b) opened a door against the victim’s will; and (c) entered the victim’s residence and invaded the victim’s residence on the ground that the victim did not open a door.
