Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2014 through April 30, 2014, the Defendant publicly announced that “D,” and “E” two places for advertising marketing of the Defendant’s operation, “C candidate C printing” as well as the phrase “C’s PPP PPPP,” and “PP, 10 persons who enter the relevant PPPP, and enjoy “Good PPP” through a lottery, will provide ten persons in total, with free gifts, including a total amount of KRW 3,652,260,00, in order to promote the PPP, which is scheduled to take place on June 4, 2014.”
