1. The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.

Reasons
The fact of recognition is that real estate ownership: (a) the net F (Death on October 30, 201) owned real estate: (b) the Dong F (Death on October 30, 201) owned the G 1,904 square meters prior to G, H road 479 square meters prior to I; (c) the Plaintiff B shall be J-source 2,192 square meters; (c) the Plaintiff C and D shall have the share of 132/990 square meters prior to K; (d) the net M (Death on December 27, 2005) owned the shares of 1,736 square meters prior to K; (e) the share of 198/90 square meters out of the L cemetery 109 square meters; and (e) the Plaintiff E shall have the specific parcel number of each land as the owner or owner; and (e) the Plaintiff shall have the individual parcel number of each land.
In October 2002, Jeju-si, an implementation plan for the "P Urban Development Project" was established under the Urban Development Act (hereinafter "P Urban Development Project" in this case), and on September 17, 2003, the Jeju-do announced the implementation plan for the "P Urban Development Project" and the Jeju-do announced the implementation plan for the "P Urban Development Project" from Jeju-do.
Pursuant to the acquisition of the instant land at Jeju City, Jeju acquired the ownership of the instant land by means of the expropriation ruling with respect to the instant land as of August 12, 2004 or the registration of ownership transfer as of November 20, 203, based on the consultation on the acquisition of the public land as of November 14, 2003, as shown below.
C. On August 12, 2004, on August 12, 2004, the Defendant comprehensively succeeded to the Jeju-do affairs and property in accordance with the Special Act on Jeju-do Administrative System, enacted on August 11, 2006 on August 12, 2004, under the Special Act on Jeju-do Administrative System, etc., which was enacted on August 11, 2006, to the Defendant’s Jeju-do Administrative Affairs on August 20, 2004.
The land cadastre of this case was closed on February 13, 2007, and the process of the implementation of the project on the land of this case was completed, and the land cadastre of this case was set up as BLT in the urban development project district.
