Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2018, the defendant visited the family of the victim B (a family name, a woman, 28 years of age), who was the husband C of the victim B (a family name, a woman of 28 years of age), with his father C, and had him visit the family of the victim in the D apartment unit of Siung-si, Siung-si.

At around 04:10 on October 28, 2018, the Defendant discovered a victim who smokes tobacco, and forced him to do so. Although the Defendant attempted to do so, the Defendant refused to do so, laid down the victim into the inside of the victim, and laid the victim’s khys and shys.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
