A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 17, 2012, at around 00:53, the Defendant driven C salary class with a blood alcohol content of 0.176% from the front day of the “Eve Collection Round” vehicle located in the Sin-ri Eupn-ri, U.S., U.S., U.S. to the Don-ri parking lot located in the same Ri via the non-ju market.

2. On November 21, 2012, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven the above wing-pon truck with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.09% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license at approximately 800 meters from the vicinity of the Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do, Seocheon-do, Nancheon-do to the same Cheongcheon-do, Sungcheon-gu, Cheongcheon-do, Cheongcheon-do.
