Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and B concluded that they will grant money for equipment and mobile phone fees to the branch of B, and opened a mobile phone to the agency in which the defendant works or the defendant presents, and sell the mobile phone, and sell the game items by using the core chip to small settlement service, and divide them.

Around February 22, 2019, the Defendant and B conspireded with the Defendant and the Defendant that the Defendant in Jeju had been working in D Agency B, with the knowledge of peace, that “B would pay the mobile phone at a cost and pay the fare to the victim E.”

However, the defendant and B did not have the intention or ability to pay the installments and charges of the mobile phone which has been opened in the name of the victim.

The Defendant and B, as such, deceiving the victim and let the victim open the name of the victim at the seat, and received the mobile phone equipment equivalent to KRW 1,705,00 from the victim. On February 26, 2019, the Defendant continued to purchase 4,000 from April 1, 2019 the game money amounting to KRW 15 times in total,650,00,000 by accessing “G” by using the said mobile phone core chip at the residence of the F and 5th floor of Jeju around February 26, 2019 without authority.

Accordingly, the defendant and B acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 1,650,000 by deceiving mobile phone devices equivalent to KRW 1,705,000 and making data processed by inputting data without authority in the information processing device such as computer.
