A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated “YABA” including psychotropic drugs as follows, although he was not a person handling narcotics, as a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand.
1. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant sold 100,000 won in cash to B, who was a police officer in Thailand, and was 10,00 won in cash from E (F) who was working at a factory of "D" located in "D (hereinafter "F") in "D" on April 12, 2018, and was 40,000 won in cash, and was 1,000,000,000 in total nine times from around that time until June 9, 2018, as in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
