Reasons
Punishment of the crime
As a constructor, the Defendant: (a) designated a designer and supervisor as an affiliated architect F for the purpose of constructing a detached house with the total floor area of 509.1 square meters of the second underground floor on the ground of 441.1 square meters above the second underground floor in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) on February 29, 2008, the Defendant sold the said site to G on June 24, 2009, and sold the said site to G, and the said G was not in progress.
7.2. Although the report on the commencement of construction on February 3, 2010 was made, but the construction was still not in progress, the Defendant purchased the above site from the above G on January 4, 2010, and subsequently purchased it.

After completing the registration of ownership transfer on July 19, 201, the Defendant was notified of the waiver of design and construction supervision from the above F on July 28, 201 following the completion of mediation to succeed to the name change, etc. according to the above construction permit in the lawsuit of Suwon District Court Sung-nam Branch 2010Gahap10098, Suwon District Court on July 19, 201, and the owner is required to designate the construction supervisor and have him/her perform the construction supervision, notwithstanding the fact that he/she is required to appoint the construction supervisor, from the middle of August 201.
9. Until June 16, an architect was not newly designated, and on the site above, a new construction work of detached houses under the above construction permit was carried out and completed, so that he had the construction work executed without appointing a construction supervisor.
