1. On August 5, 2014, the Defendant shall implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the completion of the prescription period for the acquisition of possession on August 5, 2014 with respect to the Plaintiff’s 2,327m2 in Gangwon-gu Seo

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

The same shall apply to the order.

Claim for the registration of transfer of ownership due to the completion of the prescription of possession on the real property mentioned in paragraph (1).
