1. The Defendants, on April 7, 1978, committed against the Plaintiff each real estate listed in the separate sheet, shall be registered with the Daegu District Court Maritime Affairs Office.

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim is the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”). Defendant B and I (Death January 26, 2008) completed the registration of creation of superficies with respect to each land of this case as the Daegu District Court’s Gun Office of Gun on April 7, 1978 received on April 968.

However, inasmuch as the duration of the above superficies has expired, the remaining Defendants, who are the inheritors of Defendant B and I, are liable to implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of the above superficies creation to the Plaintiff.
