A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 11, 2018, the Defendant was driving a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.136% in a section of approximately 500 meters from the blood alcohol concentration of 0.136% at the front of the new flag-based nuclear apartment at Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving a B-learning passenger car.

On June 11, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, as indicated in paragraph 1, around 23:20, and continued to proceed with the police box at the Saunaea Hospital's saves room.
