Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are persons scheduled to enter the H district of Gwon at the 6th nationwide election on June 4, 2014, and anyone is prohibited from distributing, posting, spraying, showing, or posting any advertisement, letter of personnel management, poster, photograph, document, picture, picture, printed matter, recording tape, video tape, and others similar thereto, including any content of supporting, recommending, or opposing a political party or candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) from 180 days before the election day to the election day, or indicating the name of a political party or candidate's name, with the aim of influencing the election, with the aim of influencing the election, from 180 days before the election day to the election day: Provided, That a preliminary candidate may engage in an act of directly giving name cards within 9 centimeters in length, including his/her name, photograph, telephone number, academic background, career, and other matters necessary for publicity.

1. On March 5, 2014, at around 09:00, Defendant A attended the meeting of the Korean Agricultural Council against the members of K, L, and MU, which were held in the JAC in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and Defendant A, even before the registration of preliminary candidate at the time, Defendant A carried out an election campaign by distributing 56 copies of the name of the Defendant’s name for promotion of the election to the local residents in the G community, in order to have an influence on the election, and by distributing 6 copies of the name of the Defendant’s name to promote the election, from that time to March 13, 2014, as indicated in the “Crimes List (Defendant A)” in the attached Table, from March 13, 2014.
