피고인은 2020. 10. 30. 경 충북 충주시 이하 불상지에서 피고인의 스마트 폰으로 ‘B' 라는 채팅 방에 접속하여 알게 된 보이스 피 싱 조직원인 성명 불상자에게 연락을 하여 위 성명 불상 자로부터 수금 업무를 제안 받아 하루 20만 원 상당의 일당을 받기로 하고 이에 응하였고, 채팅 어 플 리 케이 션 인 위 챗 메신저를 통해 위 성명 불상 자로부터 지시를 받는 등 보이스 피 싱 조직원들과 보이스 피 싱 범행을 하기로 순차 공모하였다.
