"2014 Highest 567"
1. Defendant I, at around 20:00 on March 9, 2013, at the main point of “L” located in K in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim’s wall of KRW 1,00,00,000 issued a bank letter at the victim’s seat and the front place of the driver’s license using a cresh in the victim’s seat and the front place of the driver’s license while the victim waits for a substitute driver’s license in a car installed by drinking with the victim’s M.; (b) destroyed the victim’s wall of KRW 1,00,00 in cash, KRW 60,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, and one driver’s license.
2. On June 25, 2013, at around 22:30, Defendant A’s main point of “P” operated by the Victim O located in Ulsan-gu N, Ulsan-gu, and the fact was found to have been stolen on the part of the victim requesting the drinking value, after taking a KRW 2,50,000 of alcoholic beverages and Ansan-gu alcoholic beverages, despite the lack of intent or ability to pay the price, and subsequently, Defendant A concealed and dried the fact that he stolen the number tickets stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, which were stolen on the part of the victim requesting the drinking value on June 24, 2013.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained 250,000 won pecuniary benefits.
