1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 51,351,400 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 16, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From around 2005, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with goods, such as industrial lub, etc., and the Defendant remitted the price for the goods supplied for the month to B’s account as an employee of the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff’s employee in the following month, and on January 19, 2010, remitted KRW 5 million to B’s account, thereby repaying all the price for the goods until 2009.

B. From January 9, 2010 to November 3, 2014, the Plaintiff continued to supply goods to the Defendant, and the Defendant failed to pay part of the goods. As of November 3, 2014, the total amount of the outstanding goods is KRW 51,351,40.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the outstanding amount of KRW 51,351,400 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from December 16, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is obviously a day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
