Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2014, at around 21:18, the Defendant driven a B vehicle without a car driver’s license in a section of approximately 500 meters in front of the Hansung apartment in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, with the same unit of 512 (Songdong-dong) from front of the same Si-nam-gu.
