The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds for appeal (ten months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflects it, and all motor vehicles that are stolen are returned to the victim, etc. are favorable to the defendant.

However, in light of the period, method, frequency, etc. of the crime, the crime of this case is that the defendant did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer of a motor vehicle without any justifiable reason while purchasing and selling a large number of vehicles, and furthermore, the acquisition of a stolen motor vehicle is not good in light of the period, method, and frequency, etc. of the crime, the defendant has been punished twice as the same crime, and the defendant committed the crime of this case again during the suspension period of execution due to the above previous conviction, and all other sentencing conditions, including the defendant's age, sex, sex, environment, family relationship, motive, and circumstances after the crime, etc., the court below's punishment is too too unreasonable. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition (Article 25 (1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure)
