Punishment of the crime

In response to the NIS, around July 3, 2013, the National Assembly (hereinafter referred to as the "National Assembly") submitted to the chief of the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station a report on the assembly that "the Seoul Square held a meeting of the National Assembly members of the Seoul Square on July 6, 2013" that "the meeting of the National Assembly members of the Seoul Square held."

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies from around 20:53 of the same day to around 21:33 of the same day, moved along a lane prior to the 8th line in both directions of the hotel in front of the above Prara, and raised a relief, such as “dembing the national quota, guaranteeing peace and happiness.”

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies to interfere with the traffic of the land for about 40 minutes.
