A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for fourteen years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is a foreigner of Chinese nationality, is a victim D(38) who is a foreigner of illegal stay in Chinese nationality, and the mother, who is the head of the defendant, was a parent of the victim and the defendant's spouse E after entry into the Republic of Korea, and was aware of them.

On August 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, the Defendant: (b) 112 Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, U.S. 112-106, drinking and drinking conversations with the Chinese nationals; (c) had the victim take a serious bath to the Defendant; (d) caused physical fighting with the victim, and (e) caused the victim to wear a deadly weapon (13cc in length on the knive day) while the victim was fluened and threatened with the Defendant, and (e) caused the victim to die with the victim’s chest part of the right chest on one occasion on August 24, 2017, and (e) caused the victim to die with the chest 631-gil in the south-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and died of the victim with the chest stroke (hereinafter referred to as the “Mon”).

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
