Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2015, the Defendant driven approximately 300 meters of B knife vehicle from the road inside the 290-day Manyang-si Manyang-si with alcohol content of 0.161% in the influence of alcohol during blood at around 17:06 to the road in front of the day inside the same Gunyang-gu Manyang-ro.
