1. Defendant C, Defendant A, and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct are the representative director of Company D, a vessel supplies company, and a person who actually operated Company E established in Q name and was appointed as an internal director of Company E on December 17, 2013.

A is the representative director of R Co., Ltd., an exporter of food products, and a person who actually operates T Co., Ltd., an exporter of food products established under the name of the branch.
Defendant
B is the representative director of F Co., Ltd., a food-type exporter, and U is the representative director of F, and U is the representative director of VP, a violent organization, the entire domestic distribution of tax-free tobacco.
around October 2010, the Defendants pretended to export duty-free tobacco released from KT&G to China, and agreed to enter Korea after filing a false export declaration. Defendant C took the duty-free tobacco released from KT&G for export from KT&G to supply it to U; Defendant A takes the role of preparing documents related to the false export declaration of duty-free tobacco in the name of D, E, R, L, T, and F and submitting them to customs office in accordance with the direction of the above U; Defendant B takes the role of carrying the export container storage work and transporting it to a place designated by U.S., and Defendant B takes the role of distributing the duty-free tobacco as above.
Goods for which a declaration is filed to export to a customs office that violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Customs Duties Act are accepted shall be the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree in order to import such foreign goods into foreign goods under the Customs Act.
