A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on August 27, 201, and the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Western District Court on August 22, 201, and was punished for drinking driving on at least two occasions.

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.

On February 28, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.101% during blood transfusions, and led to a two-lane of the two-lane road in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government in the new East Asian shopping mall, from the riverside to the riverside north-ro, at a speed that is unknown depending on the two-lanes.

At the time, there were nights and access roads to the north side of the river, which is an exclusive road for motor vehicles, so there was a duty of care that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive the motor vehicle in a situation where it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to the influence of drinking.

Nevertheless, the Defendant driven the above vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and driven it in the direction of the north side of the river basin, and was driven by the victim D(W, 41 ) who driven normally on the same road, and the E-to-to-o-o-o motor vehicle driving ahead of the driver's seat of the Defendant was driven by the Defendant’s driver in front of the driver’s seat of the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant driven the above vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as the closure of a chest body, which requires approximately four weeks of treatment.

2. On February 28, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving of alcohol) is drunk with a blood alcohol content of about 0.101% at a section of about 500 meters from the roads located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the roads in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu Seoul.
