2. Defendant C Co., Ltd. shall pay KRW 200,827,500 to the Plaintiff and this.
Reasons
1. As to the claim against Defendant B Co., Ltd. (main claim)
A. The Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) (hereinafter “Defendant C”) on May 17, 2017, 2017, each of the above lands was combined, and became a 10,415 square meters in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, with D major 90.2 square meters, E major 134 square meters, and FM 290.8 square meters.

The purpose of this Agreement is to smoothly carry out the project by clarifying the scope of duties and responsibilities between the parties to the contract for the smooth promotion of the project, and prescribing detailed matters necessary for the promotion of the project. ② In relation to paragraph (1), the defendant C carries out the overall activities related to the project, such as the provision of the project site, the raising of project cost, the granting of building authorization, and the sale of the land and buildings delegated by the defendant B, and the defendant B provides the name of the operator of the project in the construction of the building in this case and the sale of the land and buildings in lots, and mutually define the plan of the land trust project that is not fully responsible for the financing and execution of the fund necessary for the implementation of the project, disputes, and the settlement and resolution of civil petitions, etc.
