Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. from July 14, 2015 to July 21, 2015, operated an illegal game room on the first floor of the D underground of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around July 14, 2015, the Defendant installed 30 game machine, which is a speculative electronic machine, and provided it to many unspecified customers, thereby allowing customers to obtain points purchased in cash on the game screen and carry out betting, thereby enabling them to acquire points automatically and exchange the remainder after deducting 10% from the points acquired, under the pretext of fees, to engage in speculative activities using a speculative electronic machine.
B. From May 1, 2015 to May 7, 2015, Article 25 of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc., operated an illegal game room on the first floor of the F-based underground of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around May 1, 2015, which had no trade name, installed 25 game machine, which is a speculative electronic machine, and provided it to many unspecified customers, thereby allowing customers to obtain points purchased in cash on the game screen and carry out betting, thereby allowing them to acquire points automatically and exchange the remainder after deducting 10% from the points acquired with the fee, with the commission, to run a speculative act using a speculative electronic machine.
From May 1, 2015 to May 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that he/she received KRW 100,000 won per day from the above game site; and (b) provided his/her employees with a speculative business, the Defendant aided and abetted the speculative business of E by facilitating the commission of the crime, such as soliciting customers, guiding customers in the game room, etc., in order to assist them with the speculative business.
2. Defendant B
A. The Defendant from May 1, 2015 to May 7, 2015.
